Private Sessions allow you and your instructor to address your specific body needs during your session. For many clients of all ages and fitness levels this is the most effective way to start your Pilates practice.
During a 50-55 minute Private Session you’ll work on multiple pieces of our Gratz equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda chair as well as other accessories to design a customized work out for you. Expect to have homework and a plan for the next 4-6 weeks of your Pilates practice after your first session.*
