If you are an existing client you can login using your email and request a password reset. New clients can create a login easily here

Once you have a login the simplest way to book, pay or manage your account is via the Momence mobile app, download it in the iOS or Android stores. Note- you must already have a login through our system before logging into the app. 

Billing Changes & Info 

Momence uses Stripe for secure payment processing giving you two ways to pay; linking your credit card to your account or connecting your bank via ACH.  To do this:

  • Sign into your account

  • Click your My Account tab in the bottom left of your Customer Dashboard

    • From this page you'll have the opportunity to:

      • Connect an ACH direct debit account

      • Connect a debit or credit card

  • When booking & purchasing on the App select ‘Direct Debit’ as the payment method & follow instructions to link your bank account

Recurring Class Registrations 

Similar to the ‘standing schedule’ we used previously, the new system will allow you to book yourself into available spots in classes into perpetuity. Similar to our standing schedule policy, we ask that you be able to attend 3 out of the 4 classes on the month to hold these recurring spots.  

You’ll see the option to make a recurring registration when you book in our system, you’ll need to have an active package with class credits available to complete it. When your package runs out the system will automatically bill you so you can hold the futures sessions you’re booked for. 

 

‘Auto-Refill’ Class Packages 

You don’t need an ‘Auto-Refill’ Pack to book a recurring class registration, but we suggest you consider this option. This package allows the system to re-purchase your previous package and ensures you receive that package rate when your previous package runs out and you are due for a recurring session. If you aren’t on an auto-refill package and you are due for a recurring session the system will bill you at the drop-in rate to ensure your spot is held and payment is made. You can easily discontinue this recurring billing from your account or by reaching out to us at admin@unionpilates.com

Class Registration Waitlist

When a class is full the schedule will allow you to add yourself to the waitlist. When a spot becomes available you’ll receive a text message giving you the option to confirm the booking. You have one hour to do so until they move on to the next client in the queue. 


Open Intermediate Duet Sessions

These sessions are for clients with Intermediate experience level at Union Pilates within our Tower program and with use of the various equipment at our studio (reformer, wunda chair, etc). If you are interested in joining these spots and have not worked out with us, please contact us beforehand to determine if these sessions are a fit for you.
